"As personal websites become permanent exhibition spaces, and the question of why one leaves the house at all demands evermore scrutiny, seven artists will travel from Canada, Poland and the greater Los Angeles area to start the conversation in a mixed-use loftspace in downtown LA.
These individuals represent a new generation of media artists simultaneously working to elevate audio-visual exhibitions with their physical presence, and expand the space of performance by interacting with their media.
For two nights only Videos Collide will present a back-to-back sampling of live video-performance art and contribute to a historically consistent and increasingly relevant effort to join media with lived experience."
